Disposition versions
37. A licence holder who wishes to obtain a geophysical surveying authorization must apply to the Minister, in writing.
Division I of Chapter V of the Regulation respecting petroleum exploration, production and storage on land (chapter S-34.1, r. 2), applies to a licence holder who wishes to conduct an airborne geophysical surveying both in a body of water and on land. In that case, only one application for authorization must be made.
